High School SCHOLARSHIP INfo

Eligibility

This scholarship is intended for high school students continuing their education at the University of Oregon. To apply for a scholarship you must be…

  1. A graduating senior from an accredited high school with a GPA of at least 3.25;
  2. You must have a parent/grandparent who is a present member of the Order of the “O”.

How to apply:

  1. Fill out the Application Form.
  2. Write a 500 word essay describing your parent’s influence on your life…include how your parent’s involvement in athletics might have inspired you.
  3. Include two letters of recommendation.
  4. Include your seventh-semester transcript.
  5. Mail this application and all materials to the address below. All applications must be postmarked by June 15, 2011.

Eligibility

This scholarship is intended for students continuing his/her education at the University of Oregon or for student-athletes who plan to continue their education at the post graduate level and used up their eligibility. To apply for a scholarship you must be…

  1. A graduating senior from the University of Oregon with a GPA of at least 3.00 or
  2. A student-athlete at the University of Oregon who has exhausted his/her athletic eligibility, and is in good standing academically;
  3. You must have a parent/grandparent who is a present member of the Order of the “O”.

How to apply:

  1. Fill out the Application Form.
  2. Write a 300- 500 word essay describing how athletics have influenced on your life, what your future goals are and how this scholarship will help in attaining those goals.
  3. Include two letters of recommendation.
  4. Include your seventh-semester transcript.
  5. Mail this application and all materials to the address below. All applications must be postmarked by June 15, 2011.
